    It’s probably that the “profit” only came as a result of $3.9m less earn out monies owed to CYCL.

    From memory (I might be wrong), LVT developed Reach using the tech from CYCL. And if less earn out monies owed, it would indicate Reach is not doing as well as planned.

    Often with LVT, the devil is hidden in the details.
