Without reading the contract, in relation to the CYCL change in value I reckon it is as a result of a lower LVT share price than what was previously expected meaning CYCL are going to acquire shares at a lower value. Again I am only surmising.

The big story is revenue is up $ 6.5m and legal fees are down $12.5m These are all cash items.

From an accounting perspective, they’ve done the right thing. I’m not saying things should or should not be counted in P&L calcs. I’m simply pointing out that that line item is positive due to something that’s inherently negative.

Also, I’m not sure legal fees falling is one of of the two “big story” points. It’s pretty much a base line expectation, and anything else would have been shocking.
