They’re paying CYCL less notionally. The share price is irrelevant.

I don’t know if there was a clause in there saying LVT would pay CYCL less if LVTs wider business was doing poorly, but that would be the only thing that supports your assertion.

Otherwise why would CYCL accept less compensation if they hit their targets???
