    Karl is doing this to avoid 2nd strike and keep paying himself a fat salary. Ultimately I think he can't see LVT as anything other than his private piggy bank and can't bear the idea of it being run by others. Ultimately any remaining 'value' is going to vanish unless shareholders vote against it and remove him.
