Good post Golfer49 with the most important point being that they need 75% of votes cast - not total votes in terms of being 75% of all shares on issue, but 75% of votes cast. If you are against delisting - which I sure as hell am - then you will need to make sure you vote accordingly. Unsurprisingly this minor but incredibly important fact wasn’t referred to at all in the ASX announcements - funny about that! LVT management are yet again taking retail shareholders for fools. Karl Faarkface and his showerboy Peter are completely unfit to be company directors and frankly deserve to do some jail time. I’ll have plenty more to say in the next few days.
