Can shareholders take board to court over any losses incurred over this delisting decision? Especially if it gets voted against? Surely a trading halt should have been in place until shareholders voted. With the uncertainty and lack of details the market would always react negatively on opening.. Its almost like they wanted SP to collapse so someone could buy cheaper.
