Well the co-founders are out and given the negative views investors (at least retail investors) had, it looks like a positive move (especially if they are drawing less in compensation from the firm).
Compensation is not immaterial for Vander (especially with options & STI & LTI), but hopefully with the founders gone, there is still some 'savings' there and also a leader with a different perspective than the owners as that initial growth that LVT was experiencing 2-3 yrs ago has dropped off.
Positives and negatives in this, but lets hope it will also stop the vitriol over Karl (or not......each to their own!)
