Happy to see you have a clearer vision of what can be as does regular poster Wooster. The pros and cons of this stock give rise to a lot of in-decision for me.

I was concerned with the 30% churn, but happy they have outed it as lack of engagement by staff and will try to turn it around. However, this does indicate a very poor culture right from the top. Why should it have even come to this? One is either a respected and inspirational leader or not. I don't think 'culture' changes quickly once the rot has set in and that aspect bothers me far more than the figures.
