exactly, any prospective buyer in negotiation begins with a low price via an official method to show intent. whatever that opening price the seller will almost never accept the first offer in a corporate transaction. LVT "leadership" will likely be negotiating on upside potential and not current market value, this would of course lead to earn out clauses... now where's Peter? I'd be surprised if karl would be tied to earn out at BTH.
