Yes I write to the CEO or management letting them know what I am not happy with. I do this will all my investments and encourage everyone else to do it. Why wait to the AGM to let them know what shareholders are unhappy with when you can write to them any time. Majority of rhe time we get a response with explanations.
The more investors do this the better.
