nothing was ever directly said but it was mentioned that David was leaving due to clash with karl about the job cuts and im assuming its due to karls job. if u think about it when 16m in cuts takes place and it was still not enough to make it cash flow positive and yet karl remains in his 850k role? Makes no sense and i assume davids disagreement with karl was due to this and i believe board left for same reason.
