Fat lady has not sung yet so dont throw in the towel just yet. One option they are looking at is recapitalisation. I sent them an email asking what exactly they meant by recapitalisation and this is their reply

"in general terms a recapitalisation is the process of restructuring a company’s debt and equity structure"

So they could do an equity for shares at the current 0.005 price which would make them soooo much fuken money. It would dilute us by a lot but If we get the debt of our books, cut karl and current board then we will be cash flow positive and we would get some breathing space to star growing again. . They would be looking at this for sure since they also wont want to piss of fidelity.

So dont throw in the towel just yet.
