This is precisely why I’ve been suggesting that LVT should hurry up and raise. All companies would like to raise at a higher price, as opposed to a lower price. It reduces dilution for existing shareholders, of which LVTs founders and management are very notable. Cap raising after positive news and/or share price spikes is not unique to LVT. Therefore, regardless of the positive nature of the release, investors will be reluctant to buy due to the expectation of a near term raise. And who could blame them. Their path to growth is phenomenal. They just need to get the raise done sooner rather than later to clear the doubt. Share price with a 30c handle will become a distant memory...

i totally agree. they should get it over and done with as soon as possible and I expect they will. As for the other posted comments abour 'looking back' only a fool doesn't consider known management part behaviour as a guide to future behaviour. There is no better predictor.
