I like ur plan in investing in gold. I have read a heap of that news lately.... Sept being the 'usual' worse on record for the stock market...I think in business it's great to plan ahead however not all goes to plan all the time and I dont believe a CR is on the cards anytime soon. If I followed the herd I would have sold out on my tech companies and poured that into gold. Don't think things r that simple and that predictable. Look at the fundamentals and if u believe in the company and its possibilities as Microsoft does, u might b onto a winner here.
