That makes sense given they had these other points as well next to that one. So they seem to fit into what ur saying about reviewing external software vender pricing. This would make total sense after last financial years loss in cash receipts vs expected ARR due to lack of sales from software vendors.
Reviewing service providers, to determine which services are providing most value tocustomers and staff
;• Amending software subscriptions, through actual reductions but also by negotiating newcontracts with revised pricing; and
• Reviewing paid marketing services, including reducing spend on external content agencies andfocusing on specific in-person events targeting Employee Experience buyers.
