The mind boggles where this could go eventually, we often use video conferences for knowledge sharing and training videos (e.g. GotoMeeting) and have a big library of such content saved in a Dropbox folder that rarely gets watched.

If we could virtualise all those recordings and then search for specific content on demand as employees need specific knowledge it would revolutionise how we create and manage this vital knowledge base that offers massive potential but is hard to use given the inability to search and find relevant material across the archive.
