perhaps i'm reading it wrong but that announcement is absolutely stunning. Other people from other countries are funding our business success without diluting it. If i found out that my council was doing this for an overseas company i would hit the roof. I get the whole stimulate the economy through jobs growth thing but we are copping some beautiful collateral advantage. (took me a while to think of the opposite to collateral damage.)
