more questions:
what is the board’s view on the value of LiveTiles? (Seeing that one of the main reasons for the delisting was the perceived undervaluation of the company on the ASX, management clearly have a view on what fair value should be. I think they should share this view with shareholders)
what is going to be their pathway back to liquidity? I don’t consider primary markets at an adequate solution to the problem, as primary markets would be even less liquid than asx.
