Guess that would be a disappointment for those taking a punt on the update. Just looking for a JV partner willing to take on a multi year trial on a treatment that they haven't been able to show convincing efficacy. IMO it does work well in a subset of patients, but the current trial probably needed 24 patients not 18 to show it. Now we are paying the price for the missteps.
Hopefully Barry Snow and Carolyn Sue and find a way forward. Otherwise maybe they need to do a phase 2b trial again with more patients... and do a bit more research first on the trial protocol.
