Geez !!!!! LIT have kicked a goal. Not money in the Bank but genuine window dressing to help future fund raising activity. Got to say now, they have to change their management structure to get ahead IMO. 'Snouts in the trough' would have to cease, and as a previous poster noted...... Funds and Equity have to be strictly policed. The old LIT could be charged for insolvent trading IMO, with the Fire insurance claim being more than (liquid) cash /assets according to the last balance sheet. (how the auditor did not comment ? got me beat.). Maybe the reason for the name change ??
So the Livium Company starts life on the ASX with no money (folks you are seeing history made here). Where does LIT/Envirostyream find the capital to build the WA branch ? and take advantage of the grant.
