Yeah, but desperate investors do desperate things in some hope of saving their $.
It seems crazy, but some get in way over their financial capabilities and will try anything.
It would help if we had stronger (any) early regulatory action. There are often warning signs but our regulators often seem to be missing them. Or worse.
