So much window dressing. These BESS units have an operational life of 20 years minimum on the back of a 25-year guarantee. So, unless the company plans for some major failures there's zilch recycling in the short-term. No wonder they have no idea around tonnages predicted.
Just add to that the general consensus amongst such/similar battery suppliers is to "re-purpose".
