Very tongue in cheek. There's nothing "rare or exotic" in black mass. I think the picture they're trying to paint is one of being the next REE processor from waste components. Now that is very big stuff on a global stage and for this little rooster, really big bikkies (which they ain't got), plenty of feedstock (which OZ is weak in) from varied clients, but the main thing is $$$. There'll be the regular sheep getting all excited (you know the cordial sippers) which is what LIT want, but for those in the know - tell 'em they're dreaming....
