ps even a Chinese patent does not really cover semi autonomous Northern China 110% let alone guddam mungorria according to my buddy who runs the grand pooh bah patents office in ACT . ( and episode 134 of Southpark of course)
However, the good thing about a Chinese patent is,,,, if and or when they take up the tech,, they will protect the tech and commercially nuke any competing neighbours that try the copycat shennanigans China are so good at.
