I don't understand this line of argument - lets be clear.. THERE IS NO DILUTION just because of the issue of these options - every shareholder gets them, and your % holding of the company does not change ie no dilution.
Existing shareholders will only be diluted to the extent that they chose not to exercise them come October AND the share is trading above 35c.
Dilution only occurs when stars are offered below market price AND to a restricted group of shareholders.
