You are forgetting one key point cryargentina.......
For the dilution that you speak of to take place, the SP has to be at least 35c in Oct-21 (fair chance as we are already in the money at 40c) and at least 75c next June - that's nearly double what it is now! Would you be complaining about dilution in Jun-22 if we achieved a price of 75c or more? Oh, that's right. You don't hold so it actually means nothing to you anyway.
I was happy to participate in the previous SPP at 4c and see the SP go to where it is now - I still hold every share. And I'll be happy to convert bonus options I'm given by the Company when they are in the money as well. The Company gets the money straight into the kitty without having to go to Institutions to raise cash and risk those Institutions selling on market for pips and dragging down the SP, and the shares are held by longer term Investors with sticky hands. A win/win and a nice little earner for us SH's.
