No smoke without fire. Good point, but what do we know. We know that Steve put his heart and soul into this company he made the decisions about the tenements when everyone said they were rubbish (they aren't) He scouted out Lilac when even Stu said (as reported by Steve) "those guys?" We now know that they are headhunting his replacement, and we know that he left abruptly. I've been at work places where people leave abruptly and management never discuss why they left because its a breach of ethics. It's a private (as much as possible) matter. Management state that the resignation wasn't because of some material concern relating to the company but an HR matter, meaning about his personal standing in the company. A couple of months ago, this company was trading above $2, but market sentiment soured because of inflation fears, but inflation will pass, and market sentiment will change. Goldman Sachs has written negatively about the outlook for Lithium, but they are wrong and people will realise that the shortage will continue. Steve resigned and the SP took a hit, but he will be replaced and replaced by someone the board has more confidence in to take the company through the next stage.
The company has $150 million in the bank, it has 5 Lithium projects, it has a technology partner which might just might turn the whole Lithium Brine industry on its head. Say DLE becomes the industry standard, how silly will people feel who could have bought in at 70 cents.
