All this CEO talk like its the end, CEO's come and go like the wind, they just bounce around and are like company reps, selling you Cadbury chocolate one week then smith's chips the next, Wasn't he selling shares last year also and selling this year to convert options. A genuine CEO would put his salary into buying more never selling or taking profit if they truly believed. His strength was promotion and he did a great job now move on and lets get a CEO with production experience and get this baby back on track. Maybe it's the name Steve, Steven Cain was CEO of coles then quit and became CEO of Metcash (iga foodworks etc) then quit and went went back to coles. IMO Steve has gone and means absolutely 0 to the companies future.
