The step from the intermediary to final product is a well known and common chemical process. Absolutely nothing will go wrong there.
Of course there is a lot of uncertainty and risk at this stage of the company - if there was no risk then Lake would be trading at $20 per share, not were it is now. Standard risk/reward trade off.
