Don't give me that. Call it what you want but the 6% is effectively an interest rate. So the under writers aren't doing anything in good will, "support" as you call it etc, ....they (the underwriters) are making more than what the banks charge on home loans (avg home loan interest rate is 4 to 5%) for their "support"
