it’s to start the DFS, the way forward is with the DFS. If he raises today to start it and produces the results with Hazen in next week or so he can raise again at - MUCH better SP. this gets the ball rolling now, speeds up process and hopefully raises again to get remainder of cash with much less dilution. Perhaps a clever strategy? Remember Steve is a shareholder to and would want bang for his investment.

todays drop would be associated with the funder offloading shares for a profit. You can’t keep a good thing down and hopefully they prove that in the coming weeks. Cash is in short supply. Take it when you can, especially if it furthers the story in a quicker time frame!
