Agree Lithos this is a very attractive entry point.
market has just run out of patience with what was expected to be a more progressed turn around. Personally I think the strategies are still sound, just been a tough global backdrop in which to execute (rapid run up in interest rates, residential confidence down with households under pressure globally, China in doldrums for China retirement sale, commercial real estate very tough lending and deal appetite subdued, etc). But expected rate cut outlook should help to stabilise and support their operating markets.
I feel deal profits have mainly been delayed against tough operating backdrop, but business potential is still very much there and won't take much to improve to significantly turn the dial in our financial favour.
