LLC would be doing the suffering shareholders, the banks and the industry a lot of good if they took out LLP and PTN and created a super retirement company with a fantastic development pipeline.
I'm sure that the same thought has crossed the minds of SGP with the take-out of FKP or at least its retirement assets and moulded these in with AVE.
Currently this industry just cannot get any SP traction and the 2H09 results will reflect more asset writedowns and for PTN possibly more covenant breaches.
