Yes, they are global. i expect they are looking at the bigger picture of a couple of 100,000tpa plants around the world. I'd be keen to know if they being paid in cash or shares for this preliminary work - if the latter then it's a big vote of confidence. The fact that they are involved tells me they smell success.
