Good news, however I will refrain from celebrating until I see a line of bags of MgO.

Can't help but feel that the way this announcement is worded, it gives the market very fragile confidence. I'm not surprised by the market response, two main reasons:

• Past 4 years - never met an announced date. Market was expecting an announcement that they have all EPA approvals and ready to operate. I mean seriously, I have never seen a CEO use a phrase like "how long is a piece of string" in an announcement to the market. It says "I have no ^&@&$ idea". He should have said something like, once they have approval to operate they are aiming for one month or two months to begin full time operation/production. Surely they would have a gant chart for start up. Every day we delay we are burning cash.

• The approval/extension is incomplete because we don't have EPA approval to operate. Market wants to see production because the last time they put out an announcement that they were in production was May 2024 and it was a blatent overstatemeht of achievement - 200kg's of MgO and that was it. It wasn't production, it was ore commissioning.

Let's hope they manage this professionally this time. I guess they don't want to be paying for labour until they have all approvals which is fair enough. Don't want to start training and then have to stop. I expect this also confirms that they are hiring labour through SOS(Let's hope the unions don't do something stupid). Hopefully we should see some fly ash and reagents moving on site now.

I'm expecting line of bags of MgO in September.
