    Reading through the prospectus there is a few things a little ambiguous. Like it says the directors aren't taking up their entitlement but they are participating in the cap raise. If DP buys his slice it would be over $400k.

    Also, for every four shares - do we get an option share? If not, I'd rather buy on market.
