I believe it is a purchase outright but am saying this as the sentence is poorly worded.

14000m2 does not help either. Why not say 1.4 hectares or even 3.46 acres.

It is a very positive announcement but going by the last four announcements, the management need a well experienced Marketing Manager.

I assume you weren't here more than a couple of months cause back in the day, you were
A- lucky to get an announcement every 3mths
B- most of those ann's were announcing new (delayed dates)

for the oily rag co its been, these ann's and the recent cap raises and market dynamics = 1000% better company than the past

but I suppose they can afford it now and the tech is apparently there now and refined to maximise
