My only concern would be penalty rates, when we get into production and are nearer to $1 through up 25-30mil CR and pay out loan 2023? not unlike exactly what we did with the property purchase. This is a HUGE announcement fully funded project with so many benefits. Have a look at what LMG have done in the last couple of months when 3 months ago they couldn't move above 2c.
