Interesting. I had assumed that in order to carry out dry commissioning all the components would need go be installed?? My understanding of the dry commissioning was that the whole plant process would be tested without feedstock. Essentially a mechanical test.
Given that we still had pieces sitting out in the yard i can't see how they could carry out dry commissioning?
i expect ignots by end of November provided there are no gremlins.
