compared to spending thousands on making a prospectus, sending it to all the retailers who don't understand shit and usually don't participate anyway and waste time. There's a reason SPP plans take 1.5 months sometimes to complete.
whats better for holders? Quick money to boost things or wait 1month spending thousands just to place a shortfall issue to sophs and instos.
