What are you saying? Everyone has downed tools and put thumb in bum and mind in neutral until the whole process is proven? I think not. Obviously you have never been a project developer. I think you have a simplistic view of things. LMG was never a hugely cashed up BHP-like outfit, so if you need a real reason for slowness it is not age, it was money and husbanding what they had at the time and not selling out equity willy-nilly..
A lot will happen even while 1,000 tpa being proven up. There will not be radio silence.
