Hi all interested in this stock. I own a few graphite stocks and feels like this will be an interesting play. Can anyone tell me what are the catalysts we are waiting for and what is this talk about a takeover. From a chart perspective I like the stock, want to get more insight on the fundamentals. I will be reading the past announcements to have a better understanding of the stock on the weekend.
