They do not need it, they have plenty, the only reason they would want LML is to extend mine life and potentially turn it into a tier one asset for a major to take out.
Don't get ahead of yourself tiger, the path joined with QGL is a better one for LML holders. LML going solo is going to be less beneficial to thier holders long term, you should realise that. We will be constructing a plant whilst your scratching in the dirt, burning cash feeding your crews and management rewarding themselves.
Personally I think QGL should cut the offer off, it is a distraction at present and holding the share price back.
