Only problem with the theory is that LMLND cant convert to LML until the takeover offer is withdrawn or expires.
With LMLND trading at 1.1c, QGL may well extend the offer to all shares. But the very poor uptake shows they will need to boost their offer considerably. Share volumes are way down at the moment, and little resistance on the sell side, which means a good announcement could push the share price north pretty quickly.
Only problem with the theory is that LMLND cant convert to LML...
