I believe the moment the offer expires or is withdrawn the two will become equal.
In the event of expiry LML and LMLND will just start trading as LML on the 11th of April (the first trading day after the 6th April) No announcement required.
In the event the offer is withdrawn it would probably trigger a trading halt and trading would commence with the two codes merged after they come out of the halt.
I believe the moment the offer expires or is withdrawn the two...
