By my understanding the delay on the June oil and gas quarterly is do with an end of year reporting rule that allows international reporters an additional month at the end of the financial year. You can check this with the Company directly should you choose, but I have had the conversation with them and I am expecting the report by the end of September.
Despite the lack of credit they receive and in the face of the vitriolic language used to describe them on a regular basis, the company representatives who take care of the reporting releases are, in my personal opinion (and from experience), doing their job in accordance with every rule they need to adhere to. The Oil and Gas division haven't stopped reporting - so the June quarterly will come when it comes, and that will be when it's due.
As for the September quarterly - we're still living it, so no, it's not late.
