I don't think that there were any operational KPIs on the convertible bonds, but I can ask the question. Although I think the bigger focus now is the ASX delisting proposal and the consequences of this on everything.
Whilst we're on this topic, I wonder if the convertible bond holders have any say on this matter given that they would be future stock holders on the Singapore exchange if ASX delisting happens. I'm guessing not and that there must be some wording discussing a potential to switch markets in the bondholder documentation.
