re: Ann: LNC to Seek Listing on the Singapore... As per usual there is a lot of critical information missing from this announcement.

Shares will be offered .... how many? Plain as day the motive for the move is to maximize borrowing capacity.

Transferring to another exchange before any Umiat results can be known .... in other words transferring the investment risk onto [other] people with minimal information available to them.

Lastly, my suspicions are raised. Maybe Bond wants an exit strategy for himself. Re-list, raise capital and cash out?

My main regret is I still have friends who are invested in LNC. I managed to talk them into buying but I have not ben able to talk them out of the Co.

This is all about LNC being able to raise more money [hopefully] .... and in my opinion it is an admission of failure on their part that they have not run the Co as well as they might have.
