Why, hes in his twilight years, would you rather a nice costal area in a country you grew up in, or a large, very hot american city surrounded by swamp?
Id find it harder to believe that he put all this work into a company for a decade, got it to the top of the list of any prospective project, all with a grand plan to pip it at the post with a random company from left field.
