As they'll need to raise equity for Bear Head, we can presume that Financial Close for Bear Head will be "near the time of commencement of full construction of the Magnolia", at the time of dual listing. So early 2015! Perhaps also Maggie phase 2 (4 - 8 mtpa), if they don't fund it 100% debt.
